Responsibility
Customer Responsibility.
Rented equipment is the responsibility of the customer until it is returned and accepted by Chatfield True Value. In the case that the equipment is lost, the customer will be charged the full replacement cost in addition to the rental charge.
Waiver
Damage Waiver.
The damage waiver will cover accidental damage that is done to the rental equipment while in the possession of the customer. It will not cover theft, vandalism, or abuse by the customer.
Cleaning Charge
- Should items be returned unreasonably dirty, cleaning fees may be added to the rental charge.
Payment
- A valid driver's license and a credit card are required to rent. We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express for payment. The rental contracts must be paid in full at time of rental.
Delivery
- Delivery service is available. Rates will vary according to size of equipment and delivery distance. Please inquire for specific delivery charges.
Minimum Rate
- A minimum rate is equal to 3 hours
Day rate
- A day is equal to 24 hours or 8 hours running time, whichever comes first. Seasonal items may require return within the same day.
Week Rate
- A week is equal to 7 actual days.
- Sales tax will be charged on all rentals.
- Prices and inventory are subject to change without notice.

Terms & Policies
Rental Terms & Policies Party & Event.
- A 30% deposit is required at the time of reservation.
- All rentals must be paid in full at time of pickup or delivery. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, or cash. Check payment must be made fourteen days prior to the event.
- To avoid additional charges, all equipment must be thoroughly rinsed and repacked in appropriate containers. Linen must be dry to prevent mildew and free of food, wax, or other loose items.
- Rental quotes are based on daily or single use. Weekly and monthly rates are available upon request.
- Cancellation policy: orders will require 14 days’ notice or the 30% deposit will be forfeited.
- If delivered, all equipment must be ready for pickup in the area where it was originally delivered.
- Delivery schedules are pre-planned up to 5 days in advance of the delivery date to provide the very best service to our customers.
- Deliveries and pickups on the same day, late or early hours, and holidays may require an additional fee.
- All deliveries are to the first floor, garage, or tent. Deliveries without easy access will be charged accordingly.
