Rented equipment is the responsibility of the customer until it is returned and accepted by Chatfield's. In the case that the equipment is lost, the customer will be charged the full replacement cost in addition to the rental charge.
The damage waiver will cover accidental damage that is done to the rental equipment while in the possession of the customer. It will not cover theft, vandalism, or abuse by the customer.
A 30% deposit is required at the time of reservation.
All rentals must be paid in full at time of pickup or delivery. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express,or cash. Check payment must be made fourteen days prior to event.
To avoid additional charges, all equipment must be thoroughly rinsed and repacked in appropriate containers. Linen must be dry to prevent mildew and free of food, wax, or other loose items.
Rental quotes are based on a daily or single use. Weekly and Monthly rates are available upon request.
Cancellation Policy: Orders will require fourteen days notice or will forfeit their 30% deposit.
If delivered, all equipment must be ready for pickup in the area where it was originally delivered.
Delivery schedules are pre-planned up to 5 days in advance of the delivery date to provide the very best service to our customers.
Deliveries and pickups on same day, late or early hours and holidays may require additional fee.
All deliveries are to first floor, garage, or tent. Deliveries without easy access will be charged accordingly.
